We thank you for your interest in our products. We want to make our products accessible to as many people as possible and sometimes market them through carefully chosen websites that offer large discounts.

The only way we could offer large discounts is by selling large quantities and that each such campaign is submitted to our factory as one order.

Unfortunately, this means that sometimes our usual short lead time is extended to 5 - 8 weeks (slightly longer depending on how quickly customers redeem their vouchers).

Our sofas are handmade to order! A bespoke piece takes approximately 3 weeks and we have been known to make them quicker. BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE DISCOUNT CAMPAIGNS WE RUN, THE FURNITURE COULD NOT BE MADE IN THIS TIME.

This is because all orders in each discount campaign goes in as one order. Also, submitting the orders to our factory is sometimes delayed because we need to receive information from each customer as to what colour, size, orientation etc. This is to ensure that each customer receives exactly what they order but it does sometimes mean that the manufacturing time is extended.
